Recovery
Applies a healing condition that restores health over time.

Class
Recovery is an active healing novice skill that heals the user overtime. Upon cast, a percentage of the user's max health is applied every 2 seconds for 5 seconds.
With higher ranks of Recovery a higher percentage of the player's max health is applied at the cost of a slightly higher mana cost and cast time.
Learning
This skill is learned upon creating any character and can be used by any class.
