Mastery of Scepters is a deprecated mastery quest offered by Angela once the player has reached level 10. Upon acceptance of the quest, the player would receive a  Skill Scroll (Scepter Mastery) which would give them a choice to either learn the skill or discard it. Discarding the scroll would fail the quest immediately and the scroll would disappear.

This quest was replaced by Mastery of Mind, which grants the player the skill scroll for the Mind Mastery passive. This new passive enables the player to use charged attacks for all Mind weapons, making Scepter Mastery obsolete.

"After many years of intensive studying, I have uncovered the secrets of utilizing Magic Scepters! Little one, would you be interested in learning them as well? If so, I can provide you this skill scroll."
