Mastery of Mind
Mastery of Mind is a mastery scroll quest offered by Angela once the player has reached level 10. Upon acceptance of the quest, the player will receive a 
Skill Scroll (Mind Mastery) which will give them a choice to either learn the skill or discard it. Discarding the scroll will fail the quest immediately and the scroll will disappear.

Quest Description
"After many years of intensive studying, I have uncovered the secrets of utilizing mind weapons! Little one, would you be interested in learning them as well? If so, I can provide you this skill scroll.
Use it, and you will understand how to sharpen your mind to such weapons...
Oh yes, if you change your mind, return to me, and I can provide to you as many scrolls as you need... Keep in mind, the skill scroll will vanish if you drop it."

- This quest replaced Mastery of Bells and Mastery of Scepters. The Mind Mastery passive grants players charged attacks for all Mind weapons, rendering individual passives for each weapon type unnecessary.
