Mastery of Katars

Mastery of Katars is a deprecated mastery scroll quest offered by Sally once the player has reached level 10. Upon acceptance of the quest, the player would receive a 
Skill Scroll (Katar Mastery) which would give them a choice to either learn the skill or discard it. Discarding the scroll would fail the quest immediately and the scroll would disappear.
This quest was replaced by Mastery of Dexterity, which grants the player the skill scroll for the Dexterity Mastery passive. This new passive enables the player to use charged attacks for all Dexterity weapons, making Katar Mastery obsolete.

Quest Description
"Hm! Well wouldn't ya know? I didn't think' I'd be offering such a thing, but I'll let you in on it. Way back then, I was always fightin' to dominate in the business, makin' sure things were gettin' taken care of. In that time, I used special techniques usin' katars! Sharp lil' things, able to slice and knock out competition in a heartbeat!
If you'd be interested in knowing some of that skill, I can teach ya! Take this scroll. It'll give ya the boost you'd need to pummel them runts into the dirt!
In case ya wanna think' it over twice, I'm always here to give another scroll if ya need it! Just know that the scroll will vanish if ya drop it, ya hear?"
