Cross is an active offensive Mystic skill. Cross needs to be held to be cast, similar to  Volley, it can be held even further past the initial cast time, making the projectile travel in an arc for as long as the button is pressed. On impact, Cross deals heavy damage in an area and inflicts targets with a debuff that decreases their Magic Defense. If it collides with the ground before releasing, the spell acts as if it was interrupted during casting, using no mana and not putting the skill on cooldown.

Cross is very effective as an opener for fights, since it heavily reduces the affected target's Magic Defense, this means enemies will be much more susceptible to damage from other Mystic skills. Even more so at higher Mind levels and with the help of  Imbue, which can both help increase the Magic Defense reduction, leaving enemies defenseless.

  • With higher Magic Power, the higher Cross' damage and Magic Defense reduction will be.
  • The projectile that’s going to detonate goes through enemies. But not through walls.

Learning

This skill is exclusive to the Mystic class, it is only obtainable by using a Tome of the Mystic.

Trivia

  • The skill calls the status effect Cross Flash, not Cross.
