Version 72025 is the July 2025 update to ATLYSS, featuring major map, mechanical, and behind the scenes changes.

Released July 7, 2025 (Steam post).
- Refactored Game Mechanics
- Added Fishing
- Level Cap increased to 40
- Subclasses are available from the 20-25 Hard Grove badge vendor as tomes for Paladin, Bishop, and Magus. All these subclasses that can be obtained are a work in progress.
- Lexicon is removed, and will be reworked into the dialog system in a later version.
- More Quests added
- 6 Slot Novice Skill limit removed, the skillbook is now endless.
- The three guardian trainer npcs now provide additional novice skills to the player.
- Lvl 20-25 hard mode Crescent Grove added, loot table will be improved in later versions, alongside enemy drops. There are new gear sets for all three primary classes.
- Overworld for the Outer Sanctum zone re-done, still a work in progress.
- More customization options added for Changs and Byrdles
- Netplay optimization reworked, should be less laggy for hosts
- All three primary classes have their skillbooks filled.
- Skill system reworked, removed ranks from skills and gave them skill point costs instead, scaling them to their pertaining attributes.
- A new quest giver added nearby the Sanctum Catacombs, giving all of Angela's and Enok's repeatable catacombs quests to her instead.
- Lobby Realm system added for PvE, PvP, Social, and RP lobbies.
- Reworked the Waypoint UI system, still a work in progress.
- Stats given on gear have been reworked.
- More various fixes, adjustments, and other things too far to list.

Released July 9, 2025 (Steam post).
- Skill limitation for Action and Support skills are removed. You are free to apply any skill of any type on any slot.
- Removed the "Up and Beyond" quest from Angela, moving it to Craig in the Wall of the Stars as an optional quest. It provides a hat as a reward.
- Added checkpoints to the Trial of the Stars.
- Revised the Mystic primary skill cooldowns, scaling, and cast times.
- Readjusted the Magic Power scaling to be the same as Dex Power scaling.
- Fixed Gahool from constantly casting Imbue while fighting.
- Reverted (For now) Lethal Strike to be a hold and release skill instead of a passive. It will be reworked as a passive in later versions.
- Increased the condition duration of Taunt, increased the defense decrease of Taunt, and decreased the cooldown time of Taunt.
- Increased experience gain bonus when killing modified enemies (example: Killer Geist, Magical Wizboar, etc).
- Slightly decreased health scaling on enemies with party count.
- Lowered the amount of orb projectiles Valdur spawns.
- King Golems (Colossus and Valdur) should have their attack animations properly interrupted when parried or stunned.
- Decreased projectile / distance attacking spam for Barknaughts and Deathknights.
- Barknaughts now stop when firing projectiles.
- Fixed the quest text incorrectly explaining where to go to the Crescent Keep in the "Keep Within" quest.
- Fixed Angela not providing the "Sprialing In the Grove" quest.
- Fixed the chatbox not properly muting the channels when muted. The zone chat channel will return in a later version.
- The chatbubble returns, while players type.
- Fixed the (AFK) and [HOST] tag not displaying properly on players.

Released July 10, 2025 (Steam post).
- Consumables such as Bunbags, Bunjars, and Bunpots have increased / adjusted cooldowns.
- Added a new Novice skill that Angela provides at level 12 - "Curis". It is a simple, instant cast healing skill that heals the caster and allies.
- Increased the skill power of Stomp, Execute, and Shockwave.
- Fixed missing mesh of one of the Chang's hairstyles.
- Decreased the defense effectiveness against heavy damage.
- Slightly increased damage % of the upgraded heavy melee jump attacks.
- Divine now heals again, providing the same % value as the damage it gives to enemies.
- Increased the % to critical strike bonuses for Devious Signet.
- Slightly Decreased cast time of Fira and Aquos.
- Fixed enemy healthbars and modifier emblems showing up for host if clients are on different map instances.
- Fixed several projectiles not appearing correctly for clients on netplay sessions.
- Due to the softlock bug, the Crescent Keep waypoint is removed. The Crescent Grove waypoint still exists.

- Lowered health of Muchroom enemies in Crescent Grove 20-25.
- Lowered the count of Muchroom enemies that spawn in Crescent Grove 20-25.
- Fixed the jump attack softlock bug for some weapons.

Released July 14, 2025 (Steam post).
- Buffed Restora values, and lowered the cast time for Restora.
- Slightly nerfed Curis values and slightly increased cooldown.
- Imbue has a longer cooldown, so it cannot be easily stacked. The cooldown is 2 seconds longer than the buff duration.
- Added a UI display icon for what dye your character is using on the equipment panel.
- Added Yellow and Purple dye to the game.
- Added consumable visual effects for when you use dyes.
- Brightened the starting clothes for Byrdles to better represent dyes, such as the black dye.
- Fixed dedicated vendor prices not working correctly. Example, Frankie selling a cape for 50 crowns, but ended up selling for 12 crowns instead.
- Increased the ground pound effect size for the Barknaughts.
- Added a stat re-adjustment for the King Golem enemies (Colossus and Valdur) for when they wake up, where it will attempt to scale the health on them appropriately.

Released July 23, 2025 (Steam post).
- Replaced licensed fonts on various UI elements. For anyone developing language localization modifications to the game, be aware this change could alter your work.
- Fixed the weapon tooltip not correctly displaying the damage transmutation calculation.
- Fixed having a certain amount of learned novice skills not providing a new page in the skillbook.
- Added a graphical tag for lobbies in the finder that have been detected to use mods. Consider making a backup of your character files before joining a modded lobby, which can be found in the "profileCollections" folder.
